For nearly two decades, Seth has dedicated his engineering career to serving Arkansas. From designing new interstate connections to now being apart of the Northwest Arkansas Construction Team for Garver, Seth is responsible for overseeing projects and reviewing requests and proposals submitted by contractors, and ultimately, bringing to life the infrastructure projects that help our communities be the best that they can be.
Outside of the office, Seth is a devoted husband and father of four and enjoys the value of his home state in a variety of ways, including anything Razorbacks, hunting & fishing and weekends at Lake Ouachita.
