John Thomas joined Citizens Bank in 2021 as SVP, Senior Credit Officer and is responsible for all credit functions of the bank and portfolio management. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Arkansas and a Master of business administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
He previously served as credit analysis manager for Simmons Bank. He and his wife reside in Little Rock with their two daughters.
