
Rachael Potter currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Vice President of Farmers Bank & Trust, where she has worked since 2013 in several marketing roles. Rachael has spent 13 years in marketing and development professional positions and has a passion for promoting great businesses and non-profits in her community.
Potter graduated from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2009. While at the University of Arkansas, she served as a Razorback Majorette and Razorback Diamond Doll for four years. Potter also obtained her Master of Business Administration at Texas A&M University-Texarkana in 2012. She completed the Texas Bankers Association Management Development Program in 2019, the Certified Financial Marketing Professional designation and American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School in 2016, and Leadership Texarkana in 2013.
Potter currently serves on the board of directors for Eagle Impact for Texas A&M-Texarkana, Leadership Texarkana, and CASA Women of Hope & Courage. She is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Texarkana, Women for A&M-Texarkana, and the Leadership Texarkana GoTXK Team. She was recognized as a Texas A&M University-Texarkana Distinguished Alumni in 2017 and in the Four States Living Magazine 40 Under 40 in 2013. Potter has an extensive history for volunteerism with numerous non-profits and organizations.
Potter is a native of Southwest Arkansas. She and her husband, Josh, reside in Texarkana, Arkansas, with their daughter, Alice.
