Carlos Silva is a Regional Economist for the Arkansas Economic Development Institute (AEDI) at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He heads AEDI’s Economic Research Division and has conducted economic analysis at the local and regional level assisting many public and private entities with resolving critical economic and financial concerns.
Before joining AEDI, Dr. Silva worked for the Cooperative Extension Service at New Mexico State University, exploring the challenges and opportunities facing the state’s agriculture industry.
