Beau Walker has served as the Chief of Staff for Congressman Steve Womack since 2011. In this role, he has overall responsibility for evaluating the political outcomes of various legislative proposals and constituent requests. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the district offices and maintains oversight of the Washington, D.C. operations.
Prior to his time with the congressman, Beau worked as a mortgage loan officer for First Western Bank and was active in both Rogers Morning Rotary and the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas. He also worked in our nation’s capital as a legislative assistant to then-Congressman John Boozman and for DCI Group, a public relations firm based in D.C.
With deep family roots across the state and having spent much of his life in Arkansas, Beau is appreciative of the recent opportunity to move back home – closer to family. He currently lives in Bentonville with his wife, Amanda, and their two daughters, Anne Carter and Mary Foster.
