Amy Fallon is the Vice President of Facilities and Support Services for Arkansas Children’s. Amy describes her role as being responsible for the hotel functions and creature comforts including construction, maintenance, security, housekeeping, food services, and lab. As a Crohn’s patient and a mother of two former preemies, healthcare leadership is personal for Amy. Her goal is to provide patients with an exceptional experience by hardwiring the moments that matter most to patients and families. Amy has been at Arkansas Children’s for four years. Prior to joining Children’s, she was Director Support Services at Texas Children’s West Campus and the Director of Operations Performance at CHI St. Luke’s in the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Radiological Health Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, and a Masters of Public Health and Doctorate in Management and Policy Science from the University of Texas School of Public Health. Amy lives in Little Rock with her husband Michael and their three kids Sophie 9, Quinn 9, and Cole 13.
