Kent Bridger is the Regional Community President of Simmons Bank in Northeast Arkansas. He has spent the last 25 years of his professional career in banking where he has served in numerous roles. Kent thoroughly enjoys developing banking relationships and meeting customer needs.
Kent has been fully involved in his community, most recently as the president of the United Way of Northeast Arkansas. He is currently on the board of Jonesboro Unlimited and Nettleton Education Foundation. He is a past chairman of the St. Bernard’s Advocates. He is also a member of the Arkansas State University Chancellor’s Cabinet.
Kent graduated from Arkansas State University in 1989 with a degree in accounting. In 1992 he became a Certified Public Accountant. He completed the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 2002 where he graduated with distinction in academics. Kent resides in Jonesboro with his wife Jami, and has two sons, Stewart Bridger and his wife Grayson of Little Rock, and Jamison Bridger of Jonesboro. Kent enjoys the outdoors, hunting and fishing.
