Matt Rickford has been employed with Nabholz Construction for 23 years. He started his career as a laborer in 1995. Matt became a carpenter in 1997 and then a lead carpenter from 1998 to 2000. In 2000 he became a project manager and held that role until 2009. In 2009 Matt became a Manager for Nabholz and served in that role until Jake Nabholz “President of Nabholz” promoted him to Business Development officer. He is married to Gina Rickford and they have 4 children and one Grandson. Two of Matt’s sons are currently employed with Nabholz Construction of which Matt is extremely proud.
