Bailey Faulkner serves as the Executive Director of Ozark Mission Project (OMP) which is located in Little Rock, AR. OMP is a faith based nonprofit that provides one of the most rewarding structured service opportunities in the nation where thousands of volunteers from around the country come to Arkansas to help repair homes, beautify communities, as well as build relationships with families in need. Under Bailey’s leadership, OMP has expanded programming, implemented best practices and developed ongoing giving campaigns to optimize Ozark Mission’s Project’s impact.
Prior to joining Ozark Mission Project in 2013, Bailey spent six years working in state government. She is an active community volunteer, serving on the board of the Arkansas Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Conference of the United Methodist Church. Bailey is a member of the 2018 Arkansas Business Executive Leadership Academy and is a member of the Midtown Rotary Club, where she serves on the Board of Trustees.
Bailey is a native of Little Rock, AR and has a B.S. in Journalism/Political Science from Arkansas State University, and she also received a certificate in Nonprofit Executive Management Program from Duke University.
Bailey and her husband, Will, live in Little Rock and have one daughter, Sydney.
