Chris Madison has been the Staff Attorney for the City of Bryant since March 2012. He is responsible for all matters of City legal representation, advising on ongoing and future programs and projects, from contracts to personnel. Prior to his appointment as the Staff Attorney for the City of Bryant, he was in private practice handling a variety of cases, including constitutional issues, free speech issues, civil rights and criminal defense.
He is a former police officer, working with Sherwood Police department for approximately 7 years. He currently volunteers as a Deputy with the Saline County Sheriff’s office. He works special events, assists with patrol duties and works as a certified law enforcement instructor. His hobbies include ironman distance triathlons, century distance bicycle events, marathons and extreme triathlons. He is a below the knee amputee, losing his leg in a boating accident when he was ten years old.
