Mrs. Alese Johnston Stroud currently provides executive leadership for Corporate Insight Strategy. This company coaches client organizations to develop transitional resilience using a fact-based model to assess the status of the organization, operations, and culture. Corporate Insight Strategy draws on her decades of experience managing program level projects and merger integrations for many of the largest banks in the US.
She is a frequent speaker at The Venture Center, Rotary Club 99 and Little Rock’s Tech Fest. She has been featured in Talk Business and Arkansas Money and Politics. She is quoted in “Exit Planning: The Definitive Guide” – a book by John Brown, CEO of BEI and has presented for the BEI National Conference for Exit Planners.
Mrs. Stroud actively engages in the community thru board service in Rotary Club 99 and the Leadership Greater Little Rock Alumni Association, and previously Wildwood Park for the Performing Arts, The Allen School, The Centers for Youth and Families, and the Heartland Alliance for Regional Transmission. Alese maintains membership in the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). She serves the local entrepreneurial ecosystem as a master mentor at The Venture Center and as an advisory board chair to MKPI.
