Kyndall Rogers
Delta Dental of Arkansas
Kyndall Rogers is the Director of Government Relations for Delta Dental of Arkansas. In this role she manages local and state relationships that benefit the programs and policies of Delta Dental.
Kyndall has more than ten years of experience working in state government in Arkansas, including five years at the Bureau of Legislative Research as an analyst. During that tenure she was the budget clerk for the House of Representatives. From 2014 to 2017 Kyndall assisted Governor Asa Hutchinson as his Director of Scheduling. Kyndall strategically helped further the governor’s policy agenda by building in priority meetings and events.
Most recently she served as the Deputy Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Government Relations for the Department of Human Services, where she was the point person for Legislators, Lobbyists, Governor’s Office, and other state agencies. Kyndall also aided in developing and implementing key legislation to better services provided by Department of Human Services.
Additionally, she has experience working with congressional offices and other professional organizations during her tenure as a private contract lobbyist and issue advocacy campaign director.
Kyndall graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Marketing. She currently volunteers as the fundraising chairman for Rescue Road Dog Rescue and assists in the North View Missionary Baptist Church youth programs.
Born and raised in Poyen, Arkansas, Kyndall now resides in Cabot with her husband, Kevin, their two sons, McCoy and Hayes, and 2 dogs Joey and Bruce.
