
Nathan Finch was born in Texas but had the good fortunate of being raised on his family’s cattle farm in Northwest Arkansas. Prior to starting his legal career, he traveled the world, worked as a chef, a carpenter, and volunteered with hunger relief and conservation nonprofits. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and his B.A. in Public Administration with minors in Economics and Political Science from the University of Arkansas.
Nathan’s transactional practice focuses on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law, and business immigration. He regularly advises clients on a variety of issues concerning heavily regulated entities. As part of the WLJ Tech Law team, Nathan works with founders of startups and other small businesses on general corporate matters, including entity selection and formation, capital raises, securities compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and growth strategies. Nathan routinely works with the Venture Center in Little Rock and Startup Junkie in Fayetteville.
