
Maegan Dyson, Chief Development Officer for Conway Regional Health Foundation, is primarily responsible for leading the fundraising arm for Conway Regional Health System. She has 12 years of experience in advancement, including University athletics department annual giving and events, major gift fundraising, grant writing, and management. Prior to her role for Conway Regional, she led the development team at the University of Central Arkansas where they consistently surpassed their annual goal, raising over $11,000,000 last fiscal year.
During her time at UCA, Maegan was the primary fundraiser for their new Integrated Health Sciences Building raising over $4.8 million for the facility. She has professionally challenged herself to attain a CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), the only accredited certification for fundraising professionals, proving her fundraising knowledge and commitment to keeping her skills up to date.
Dyson was born and raised in Arkansas and has been in Central Arkansas since moving to Conway 21 years ago to attend and cheer at UCA. A graduate of Conway Area Leadership Institute class of 2020, she served as a sector chair for Conway 2035, the city’s strategic planning initiative. She has served on the Boys & Girls Club of Faulkner County board and Junior Auxiliary of Conway, where she chaired golf tournaments, 5K races and auction events geared toward raising funds for the nonprofits.
She earned her BA and MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. Maegan lives in west Conway with her husband, Wes, and two sons, Asher (10) and August (5).
