
Jeremy Woody is the EVP, Market Executive for Legacy National Bank, a locally owned bank based out of Springdale, Arkansas. Jeremy is responsible for building relationships within the community, growing future leaders within the bank, and helping with the bank’s overall strategic plan. Jeremy is a native Arkansan, graduating from North Little Rock High School, where he met his wife, Julie. After high school, he attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville graduating with a BSBA in Finance with an emphasis in Banking.
Jeremy has extensive experience in banking. Starting his career in 1999 at Simmons Bank in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. After being the first to go through the bank’s commercial lending training program in 2003, he transferred to the NWA market to start his commercial lending career. Over the course of his banking career, he grew into many different leadership roles before taking on the Market Executive role with Legacy National Bank in 2017.
Jeremy has been actively involved in his community, with a unique gift for teaching and coaching our youth. He loves community banking and helping people achieve their financial goals and that is why he loves working for Legacy National Bank. He currently serves as the president of Bentonville FC Prodigy soccer club, and has recently joined the board of the Elizabeth Richardson Center. He has served in many organizations throughout the region. Serving as Treasure and then Chairman for the United Way of Northwest Arkansas, and Chairman for the Arkansas Bankers Association District 2. Due to his leadership in his workplace and community, Jeremy was elected to the 40 under 40 of NWA class of 2012.
Jeremy resides in Rogers with his wife of 23 years, Julie, son, Alex, a sophomore at the University of Arkansas and daughter, Lauren, a junior at Bentonville High School. He is a member of Central United Methodist Church in Rogers. He and his family enjoy a wide array of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, golfing, and traveling.
