
With a decade of natural gas utility experience, Jennifer Bingaman currently serves as the Manager of Utility Construction Planning at Black Hills Energy in Fayetteville. She has previously held positions in engineering and technical field operations management at CenterPoint Energy in Little Rock.
After graduating from Farmington High School in Farmington, Arkansas, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2012. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Arkansas and serves on the board of the Arkansas Gas Association.
A lifelong Arkansas native, Jennifer recently moved back to Northwest Arkansas with her husband Dan and their two sons, Asher and Oliver. During her free time, she travels with her family and enjoys weekends at Lake Ouachita.
