
Nycole is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the University of South Alabama’s Emergency Nurse Practitioner dual track program with Masters and Doctor of Nursing practice degrees, where she currently teaches as adjunct professor.
She has been a speaker at several local, state, regional, national, and international nursing and Nurse Practitioner conferences. She has showcased her research through publications in nursing and Nurse Practitioner textbooks and professional journals. She has also been featured on podcasts for her work as a Nurse Practitioner.
She has completed work on local, state, and national levels through professional organizational committees and work groups. She is very involved in the local community through her workplace and various charitable organizations. She has recently graduated from the 2021 Leadership Fort Smith class.
She is a Fellow of the Academy of Emergency Nursing (FAEN) and has won several awards, including American Association of Nurse Practitioner’s State Award for Excellence, Emergency Nurses Association’s Frank L. Cole Nurse Practitioner Award (twice), and Point of Care Network’s Top Nurse Practitioner for 2020, showcasing her outstanding contributions to Nurse Practitioner practice.
