Neill Linebarier serves as Key Accounts Manager for Summit Utilities’ Arkansas and Oklahoma Region. He is responsible for optimizing margin opportunities with new and existing customers in target markets where customer base includes commercial and industrial customers. His role requires constant collaboration with State and local economic development teams to identify and qualify prospects and make effective presentations for new industry in the State while also managing the on-going business relationships with his existing customer base by resolving customer issues and negotiating creative customer solutions.
After graduating from Little Rock Catholic High School, Neill received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 2005 and a Master of Business Administration from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2015.
Neill currently lives in Little Rock with his two daughters, Olivia and Chloe. During his free time, he stays involved with Museum of Discovery, Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts, and the Pulaski Technical College Foundation, and cheering on the Razorbacks.
