Justin Lieber is the Division Chief of Operations & Business Development at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. His office is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Arsenal as well as managing the functions of business development and public private partnerships. Prior to his current position, Justin worked as a Sr. Project Manager at the Arsenal, with a project portfolio valued at over 75M and yielding more than 22k Direct Labor Hours. His knowledge is focused on commodities associated with Chemical and Biological Defense Equipment, including textile manufacturing, collective and individual protection and decontamination. Justin’s current focus is to ensure that the Pine Bluff Arsenal remains a vibrant and active part of the Army’s Organic Industrial Base that manufactures items and goods that support our Joint Warfighter.
Justin graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he earned a Bachelor of Science in System Engineering, Mechanical Systems and remains an active member in UALR’s System Engineering Advisory Council, which is responsible for assisting in UALR’s Accreditation Board for Engineering Technology (ABET) approval process. He is also Level III certified in Systems Engineering from the Defense Acquisition University and is an accredited Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Justin is an active member of his church, Geyer Springs First Baptist and resides in Bryant with his wife, Meagan, and two sons, Holden and Jonah. They all enjoy living an active lifestyle, which includes swimming, bicycling, fishing, traveling and anything outdoors.
