Jennifer Douglas, Assistant Superintendent, has been in public education for 28 years as a teacher and an administrator. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood and Master of Arts in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University as well as a Master of Science in Educational Administration and an Educational Specialist from Missouri State University in Springfield, MO. Mrs. Douglas has completed the Missouri Leadership Academy and Leadership Batesville. She lives in Batesville, AR, with her husband and family. She believes building strong relationships is fundamental to student success.
