Courtney worked in the Office of Development, for 15 years, in various positions. From a student worker to Associate of Administration. In 2017, Courtney was promoted to the Office of Institutional Advancement where she is utilizing her experience from her tenure in the Office of Development to strengthen institutional fiscal stability.
A native of Pine Bluff and alum of Pine Bluff High School and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, Courtney is a true creative. She is a lover of details, all things vintage, she bleeds black and gold, dances when no one is watching, enjoys traveling, and mentoring young people.
As the mother or a three year old son, Landon. Courtney and fiancé Corey, a Southern University alum are grooming the next generation of HBCU leaders.
