Bert Finzer, a utility industry leader with more than 25 years of professional experience, is a customer management advisor at Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO). Based at the MISO South regional office in Little Rock, Finzer is responsible for providing support and services to MISO’s members and market participants within the South region.
Prior to joining MISO, Finzer served as senior research and policy analyst for the Arkansas Public Service Commission. In addition to Finzer’s experience in the electric utility industry, he has also held leadership roles in public accounting.
Finzer earned a Master of Accounting degree from the University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
