Grace serves as the Director of Operations at the Conductor and the Executive Director at the Central Arkansas Angel Network. In her role at Conductor, Grace guides the strategy and execution of Conductor & UCA Makerspace programming and consults with current and aspiring entrepreneurs to further the mission of empowering entrepreneurs, innovators, and makers. In her role at the Central Arkansas Angel Network, Grace leads the initiatives of new member recruitment, deal vetting, and due diligence. In addition to developing the strategy and partnerships to continue the mission of educating individuals in central Arkansas to make better investment decisions in early-stage companies & to spur economic development by aggregating investors to capitalize early-stage companies with the ability to grow well-paying jobs in the state of Arkansas.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and a Masters in Business Administration, both from the University of Central Arkansas. She is also a 2018 graduate of the Conway Area Leadership Institute.
Grace is actively involved in her community, volunteering with many local nonprofits. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Conway Public School Foundation and Bethlehem House. Additionally, she serves as the State Co-Coordinator for GEW through the Global Entrepreneurship Network, cultivating relationships across the state to promote entrepreneurial education, resources, and opportunities during Global Entrepreneurship Week in Arkansas.
She and her husband, Josh, live in Conway with their dogs, Scout and Ted. Outside of work, she enjoys spending as much time as possible outdoors gardening, hiking, kayaking, and hunting.
