Todd Wooten is a partner at Dover Dixon Horne, PLLC in Little Rock where he is a leader in the firm’s trial practice. He has over twenty-five years of experience in handling high-stakes commercial litigation matters. Todd’s practice, and that of his firm, focuses on business and commercial litigation in a wide body of areas, including business disputes, professional liability, product liability, insurance, construction, environmental, trucking, employment and financial services litigation. He has first-chaired many complex cases in federal and state courts and offers clients extensive experience in mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Wooten is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the Transportation Lawyers Association, Arkansas Association of Defense Counsel, Associated General Contractors Arkansas, Arkansas Trucking Association, Arkansas Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Todd received his B.S. from the University of Central Arkansas, a J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law and a LL.M. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. He is married to Laura Bree Wooten, and they have two children – Alex and Grace. In his free time, he is an avid Arkansas Razorbacks fan and enjoys hunting and fishing.
