Lesley Nalley is the Chief Executive Officer for Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association, the nation’s largest gated community spanning 26,000 acres at the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains.
Her early interest in fiscal stewardship and sustainability resulted in an accounting degree from UA Little Rock. An ah ha moment that people, more so than numbers, drive vibrant organizations and communities led to her MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Saint Mary.
Lesley’s personal and professional north star comes from Luke 12:48: “From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted much, much more will be asked”. This guiding principle manifests itself through her leadership on various boards, such as the Arkansas State Chamber, Hot Springs Metro Partnership and Fifty for the Future, her commitment to professional education and collaboration, through participation in National Town Builders Association, Congress for New Urbanism and Communities Association Institute while giving back to the state she loves, through service to organizations such as the Little Italy Arkansas Heritage Society and the Hot Springs Village Breakfast Lions Club/Lions International.
She and her husband Scott value the importance of the next generation and their personal responsibility to “pass it on”. They are quick to share pictures and accolades for their creative artist, Amanda and brave fireman, Kevin, his wife, Emily who is an RN and their son, Brayden.
