Justin Loth is the Team Lead of South Region Outage Coordination for Mid Continent Independent System Operator (MISO). He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Electrical Engineering in 2012, and completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the University of Dallas in 2019. Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.).
In early 2019, Justin moved from Texas to Arkansas to join the MISO and support the South Region Teams goal of effectively and reliably coordinate the Electric Grid for Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and parts of Texas. Prior to joining MISO, Justin worked at Oncor, a Dallas based utility and is a graduate of the companies APEX leadership development program. Justin is an advocate for STEM Education Awareness, and enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs, Mocha and Latte.
