
Senior Director, Consumer Marketing, Mitchell
Jacob Ward is a senior director at Mitchell with a leading role in the agency’s Proctor and Gamble and Massage Envy accounts. He is point of contact for nearly a dozen clients and is responsible for developing integrated PR strategy while leading projects ranging from influencer marketing to traditional media to celebrity partnerships and more. He believes in the power of data-driven PR and is passionate about people, solving problems and having fun while doing great work.
Jacob’s past experience includes leading client services for Arkansas-based startup DataRank, working with clients such as Clorox, ConAgra, Kimberly-Clark and Walmart. He’s also supported the University of Arkansas, Southwestern Energy, J.B. Hunt, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Marriott International, and others.
He received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Arkansas Tech University and a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Florida State University.
Jacob lives in Fayetteville with his wife Emily and their daughters Leighton and Lawson. On weekends, you’ll find them soaking up everything the area has to offer – from the Razorbacks to farmer’s markets and festivals. He is excited to help shape and promote a community and state culture that is attractive to and supportive of diverse future generations.
