Emily Milholen Reynolds is a Senior Counsel in the legal department at Walmart, Inc. In her current role, she supports Walmart US Operations. She began her career with Walmart in 2013 in the Litigation Department before transitioning to a legal role supporting Corporate Affairs. Prior to her current role, she most recently served on the legal team supporting Global Compliance. Prior to joining Walmart, Emily was an associate at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates and Woodyard in Rogers.
Emily is active in the Northwest Arkansas community through service as president of the Board of Directors for the Northwest Arkansas Children’s Shelter. She also supports the community through pro bono work with Walmart’s medical-legal partnership with Arkansas Children’s Hospital and is the president of the Child Development Board of Directors at Central United Methodist Church.
Emily is an Arkansas native, having grown up in Hot Springs. She graduated as a Fulbright Senior Scholar from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Minor in Legal Studies. She then graduated cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Food Law & Policy.
Her most rewarding role is mom to her five-year-old daughter, Libby.
