William began his professional career in the construction industry with Kinco Constructors as a project manager before joining Nabholz Construction Tulsa, Oklahoma where he served as Executive Vice President. In 2006, William returned to Kinco Constructors where he is now the Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. In his role, William oversees the finances, operations, and quality control for the company. William’s vision and leadership have helped to assure that Kinco’s high standard of quality and compliance are continuously met which allows Kinco’s standing as a leader in the construction industry to be maintained. A graduate of Auburn University with a degree in construction management, William served as president of the Associated General Contractors of Arkansas in 2016 and is currently serving as a Board of Director on the Arkansas Construction Education Foundation.
He and his daughter Natalie reside in Little Rock where she is a senior at Little Rock Christian Academy. In his spare time, William enjoys running and has completed 14 marathons.
