Vanessa Moody is originally from Fouke, Arkansas, and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Ouachita Baptist University in 2009. Following graduation, she moved to Boston, Massachusetts where she spent two years in public relations at Jet Aviation. In 2012, Vanessa moved back to the Fourth Congressional District of Arkansas to serve as campaign manager for John Cowart, a veteran of Iraq, Afghanistan, and Operation Desert Storm. Following the conclusion of his campaign, Vanessa began her work for Senator Tom Cotton where she has served in various positions spanning over six years including project director, field director, and deputy state director. She has served in her current position of state director since July of 2015.
