Rebekah Fincher serves as the Chief Administrative Officer for Conway Regional Health System in Conway, Arkansas. Her primary focus is on Growth, Strategy and Business Development for the organization. Rebekah has worked in healthcare for 8 years. In her time at Conway Regional, she has added over 30 new Providers to the Medical Staff. Under the direction of the Health System CEO, Rebekah led the effort to create and implement the Conway Regional Accountable Clinical Management Model, which is a partnership with 70 Physicians to co-manage Conway Regional Medical Center focusing on improving quality and efficiency, while creating a premiere health system of choice for Central Arkansas.
Additionally, Rebekah is responsible for leading the creation and implementation of the Conway Regional Comprehensive Sports Outreach Program, a partnership between Athletic Trainers and a variety of medical specialties including Orthopedics, Neurology, Cardiology, Family Practice, and Internal Medicine.
Rebekah has led a number of recent acquisitions for the Health System including three Family Practice Clinics, the creation of the Conway Regional Neuroscience Center, the Conway Regional Center for Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, and the Conway Regional Gastroenterology Center.
Born and raised in Arkansas, Rebekah received her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Public Relations from the University of Central Arkansas and graduate degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Rebekah and her husband, John, live in Conway with their almost 2 year old, Ethan Parker, and maltichon, Sir Rufus.
In her spare time, Rebekah enjoys spending time on Greers Ferry Lake, training for half-marathons, traveling with her husband and son, and identifying all of the very best pizza places.
