As Associate General Counsel for Delta Dental of Arkansas, Jordan provides legal and compliance support for day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. In 2017, Jordan played an integral role in helping Delta Dental of Arkansas obtain and implement Delta Dental’s Arkansas Medicaid dental program, which provides dental benefits for approximately 300,000 Arkansans. Jordan also supports Delta Dental’s Government Affairs department in analyzing the impact of federal and state health care and insurance laws and regulations.
Born and raised in Fort Smith, Jordan graduated from Southside High School in 2006. She then attended the University of Arkansas where she received a Bachelor of Science in International Business in 2010. In 2012 she received her law degree from the UALR, William H. Bowen School of Law and in 2018 she received an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas. Prior to joining Delta Dental of Arkansas in 2016, Jordan was an attorney at Pinnacle Energy in Conway, Arkansas.
Jordan serves on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Faulkner County, the City for Hope Outreach, and Emerging Conway. She was a 2017 Cystic Fibrosis Taste of the Finest Honoree and enjoys volunteering at Arkansas Mission of Mercy every year.
Jordan resides in Conway with her husband, Taylor, and their two dogs, Zoey and Millie.
