Bob Mouser joined Ritter Communications in 1982 and he’s been with the company for his entire professional career. Bob has held various executive positions throughout his tenure, most recently Vice President of Business Development & State/Local Advocacy. In his current role, Bob performs due diligence on possible acquisitions and executes fiber and network use agreements with other companies. He also handles legislative and regulatory telecommunications issues at the state and local levels for the company.
Bob grew up in Poplar Bluff, Missouri before attending Arkansas State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Bob lives in Harrison with his wife Kim. He has been involved in various roles in Boone County Leadership and the Harrison Regional Chamber of Commerce, including chairing the Chamber’s annual hot air balloon event for 10 years. He is a member of the board of directors for both the Arkansas and Tennessee Telecommunications Associations. Bob has been appointed by three different governors to two different state-wide telecommunications boards concerning distance learning and Lifeline.
Bob and Kim have two grown children and are active members of the First Christian Church of Harrison. Bob enjoys hunting upland birds and turkey and fishing the Natural State’s numerous lakes and streams.
