Stephanie Neipling is the Assistant Director for External Relations for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture. Stephanie has worked in state government for 14 years. Her service to the state began in 2003 when she joined the Arkansas Department of Rural Services. Stephanie worked her way up the ladder having served as the Administrative Assistant, Grants Coordinator and eight years as Assistant Director.
After a brief time at home caring for her newborn baby, Stephanie returned to state service as the Safe Drinking Water RLF Program Manager for the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission. Before moving to Northwest Arkansas in May 2016, Stephanie was honored to work for Governor Hutchinson as his Deputy Director of Constituent Services. Stephanie is a native of Texarkana, Arkansas. She now lives in Rogers with her husband Chad and their sons, Graham and Hendrix.
