Kevin Mullen currently serves as the Chief of Operations for the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC). Kevin joined AGFC in 2014 and has developed a team that covers the state facilitating the work of the agency’s mission. Kevin leads the agency with construction, real estate and procurement of capital equipment. The division has expanded their responsibilities under Kevin’s leadership making advancements in long-range planning for asset management, ensuring the responsible and efficient management of constituent provided resources.
Prior to joining the Commission, Kevin has been involved in construction from an early age with his father’s construction business. Kevin previously worked with school districts across the state to meet their facility needs as a Project Manager for the Department of Education’s Division of Public School Facilities. Kevin was also a team member with Camp, Dresser, and McKee for the Little Rock Wastewater Rehabilitation project. Kevin is a native of Monette and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and a Master’s in Public Administration. Kevin loves to hunt and fish and values the bonds that are developed in the outdoors. He and his wife Kim live in Little Rock.
