Jeremy Sparks is a Senior Manager at Tyson Foods leading a 12-person organizational change management team. He is responsible for bridging business, information technology, and human capital interests when implementing process and system enhancements.
Sparks, who was recently selected for Lieutenant Colonel in the Air National Guard is the 153rd Airlift Wing’s Inspector General. In that role, he provides direction and policy guidance for compliant resolution, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and command climate initiatives. Prior to joining Tyson Foods, Sparks served on active duty as an Air Force ICBM nuclear weapons operator and later served as the Wyoming’s Joint Forces Headquarters commander. While on active duty, Sparks was endorsed by the Pentagon as the “only professional bullfighter in the history of the Air Force” where he represented the USAF at rodeo events around the world.

Sparks holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of Arkansas-Monticello and an MBA from Trident University. In 2017, Sparks was named 40 Under 40 by Arkansas Business and awarded the University of Arkansas-Monticello Alumni Award for Achievement and Merit. He is married to Jamie Jordan of Monticello and the couple resides in Fayetteville with their twin boys.
