The Arkansas Institute for Performance Excellence 2020 Healthcare Seminar, “Patient Engagement Drives Quality Outcomes,” has been rescheduled to Wednesday, August 19. The seminar will be held from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. at the Embassy Suites, located at 11301 Financial Centre Parkway in Little Rock.
The seminar will feature 2019 Baldridge recipient Mary Greeley Medical Center with a presentation titled “Doing What’s Right: Embedding Patient Centered Care into Workforce Culture” by Karen Kiel Rosser, Vice President & Quality Improvement Officer.
